BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, June 3, 2024.
5-28-24 Rhonda M. Gore, age 49, of Valier was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield.
5-30-24 Cole M. Andres, age 22, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
5-31-24 Samuel L. Sweet, age 30, of West Frankfort was arrested for two counts of theft.
5-31-24 Jayma M. Rich, age 43, of West Frankfort was arrested for two counts of theft.
5-31-24 John E. Gunter III, age 32, of Thompsonville was arrested for unlawful failure to register as a sex offender.
6-1-24 Dwayne L. Dodson, age 27, of Sparta was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
6-2-24 Cameron J. Milam, age 34, of Johnston City was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
6-2-24 Christopher M. Clements, age 22, of Benton was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
6-2-24 Henry K. Ryan, age 36, of Pocatello, ID was arrested for aggravated battery and obstructing a Peace Officer.
6-3-24 Sierra L. Ramsay, age 26, of Christopher was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
6-3-24 Mark W. Mitchell Jr., age 24, of Hartford, KY, was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
6-3-24 Stacy L. McLaughlin, age 48, of Thompsonville, was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
6-3-24 Adam B. Pryer, age 44, of McLeansboro was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
WARRANT ARRESTS
5-29-24 James S. Abbott, age 46, of Logan. Failure to appear for battery.
5-29-24 Christina M. Abell, age 25, of Muddy. Failure to appear for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.
