MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Monday, June 3, 2024.
Virginia Reynolds, 37, of Herrin was issued a citation for Criminal Damage to Property in the 800 block of Jodi Lane on May 31, 2024.
Gustavo Medina, 21, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery and Robbery in the 900 block of West Cherry Street on May 31, 2024.
Gregory Beasley, 35, was arrested for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Resisting a Police Officer, and Child Endangerment in the area of North Garfield Street and East Boulevard Street on June 1, 2024.
Joseph Bennett, 41, of Carterville was issued a citation for Retail Theft and Driving on a Suspended License at Walmart on June 1, 2024.
David Wilson, 45, of Bolingbrook was arrested for Disobeying a Traffic Control Device, Aggravated Fleeing to Elude, Obstructing Justice, and Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident in the area of Halfway Road and Cree Drive on June 2, 2024.
