BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following information on Monday, July 15, 2024.
7-8-24 Nicholas C. Strickler, age 23, of Sesser was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
7-10-24 Gabriel B. Darnell, age 21, of Marion was issued a traffic citation for improper lighting.
7-10-24 Anthony D. Cano, age 32, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for failure to wear a seatbelt.
7-10-24 Chelsea R. Smith, age 28, of Thompsonville was issued a traffic citation for failure to wear a seatbelt.
7-10-24 Dylan Chaney, age 32, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for failure to wear a seatbelt.
7-10-24 Amber A. Martin, age 34, of Sesser was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle without a valid registration.
7-10-24 Caleb N. Forby, age 30, of Ewing was arrested for driving while license suspended.
7-11-24 Kimberly A. Flanders, age 48, of Harrisburg was issued a traffic citation for no valid driver’s license.
7-11-24 Patrick E. Vaughan, age 28, of McLeansboro was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
7-11-24 Dale W. Williford, age 58, of Macedonia was arrested for battery.
7-12-24 Billy K. Hopson, age 18, of Ina was arrested for resisting a Peace Officer. Hopson was also issued traffic citations for no valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
7-12-24 Kelsey M. Debose, age 26, of Eldorado was arrested for driving while license suspended and possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle.
7-14-24 Brayden M. Taitt, age 20, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for speeding.
7-14-24 Kristi L. Bratten, age 37, of West Frankfort was issued a traffic citation for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

7-8-24 Matthew R. Carter, age 45, of Carterville. Failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.
7-9-24 Derek A. Selby, age 28, of Benton. Retail theft.
7-11-24 Jamie E. Holland, age 38, of Royalton. Failure to appear for criminal trespass to property.
7-12-24 Jarod W. Cobb, age 40, of Carterville. Failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.
7-12-24 Lacey J. Jennings, age 30, of McLeansboro. Burglary.
7-15-24 Barbara J. Thompson, age 55, of Herrin. Failure to appear for retail theft.
