METROPOLIS – Clean Up Week is next week in Metropolis.
According to the City of Metropolis, this will be the only week for clean up.
Items must be at your normal pickup point and within five feet of the trash container. All items must be bagged or in a container. Anything loose must be bundled for one person to handle. And you are asked to have your trash out on your normal day and out by 6 a.m.
Tires, batteries, hazardous/medial waste, car parts, satellites, yard waste, construction/demolition debris, flammable liquids, paint (unless empty or dry), electronics of any kind, and appliances will not be accepted.
